Job Description

As an CSR employee, your main objective is to raise the level of customer satisfaction by providing products and a high level of service to the customer that meets or exceeds their expectations. Other duties include (but not limited to); answering incoming calls, outbound calls, understanding and conveying high level tire knowledge, handling general customer inquires, invoicing product and projecting a professional company image through superior customer service and expert call quality interaction.
Answering high volume incoming calls and responding to customer requests.
Proactive outbound calls.
Process customer orders, both via phone and web, and direct them to the warehouse for picking and shipping.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
Making fast and accurate problem solving decisions on the spot, while ensuring proper customer service execution.
Follow up on customer inquires if not immediately resolved.
Provide customers with accurate pricing and current inventory information.
Research and correct billing and / or shipping issues.
Communicate with and provide support to: customer service team, outside sales and management staff.
Other duties as assigned by management / supervisors.
We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to help others, demonstrate initiative and take pride in being committed to providing the highest level of customer service. Having experience in the tire industry or related automotive industry is an asset. Excellent communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette required. Applicants should have working abilities and basic understanding of Windows operating systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Duties require a professional and friendly attitude towards everyone at all times. This individual must be enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate when assisting and helping our customers. Must be punctual and ready to work based on set schedule.
